Live-return number

When a caller presses 0 during an AI call, Henry will transfer them to this number. North America only.

DTMF call accept (advanced)

If your phone system / call-forwarding service whispers "press 1 to accept" before bridging the call, Floada Answer will send that digit automatically. Most customers leave this off.

Tenants

Each tenant is a separate customer/account with its own phone numbers, balance, and behavior flags. Patch/Floada's own account is the internal tenant β€” exempt from credits.

Appearance

Dark mode is a per-browser preference β€” it's saved locally, not on the account. "System" follows your OS setting.

Open / Closed mode

Use "Force open" to accept calls outside your normal hours (handy for testing or covering an unplanned shift). "Force closed" plays the after-hours greeting regardless of schedule.
